It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with these rules or the terms of a particular bet. Any amendments to these rules will be published on our website. Changes will be notified by e-mail to customers wherever possible, but it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of the correct, current rules. We believe these rules ensure a 'Fair Deal' when betting with Super Soccer Limited.

Acceptance of Bets
Bets must be made online at the website. No postal, e-mail or telex bets are accepted and if received will be made void, win or lose. Online bets are not guaranteed unless you receive a wager number. Bets will be valid subject to these rules if accepted by the Super Soccer Limited Credit Transaction server, whether or not you receive a wager number. If you have any doubts about whether your bets have been accepted, you should view your list of open bets.
In the event of any dispute, both you and Super Soccer Limited Credit agree that the Transaction Log Database will act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. It is your responsibility to ensure that details of your bets are correct. Bets cannot be cancelled by the client once the transaction is confirmed.
In order to control our liabilities, we reserve the right to notify and close down any duplicate Accounts. Any relevant details will be transferred to the most active Account held by the Customer.
We cannot allow for mistakes or accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of the announcing, publishing or marking of prices, runners or results despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors. We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet without offering any explanation. Bets other than Ante Post bets (for Ante Post bets, please see Rule 12) will be void if the race or event is abandoned or declared void. If postponed to another day and overnight declarations stand, then bets stand providing the venue is not altered or the running surface is not altered (e.g. Turf to Dirt / All Weather or vice versa). If the overnight declarations do not stand or the venue is altered or the running surface is altered (e.g. turf to Dirt / all weather or vice versa), bets will be void.
If, for any reason, races are set back to later in the day, the settling of all bets will be governed by the time advertised in The Racing Post (e.g. if you stipulate the 2.00 race and that race is run at 2.30 the bet will stand for the 2.00 race as advertised).
Time of Acceptance
If, for any reason, a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event or match has started and the event in question is not covered by our live betting in the run service (if this is the case then it will be clearly marked as 'Live Betting'), the selection(s) affected will be made void if, at the time the bet was placed, the race or event was resolved or at a stage where the client could have had any indication of the outcome. Where the official 'Off' of a race is not announced, bets are accepted up to the advertised time of the race. Any bet which is accepted later than the advertised time of the race will be void unless we are satisfied that the bet was accepted before the actual 'Off'. In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, then the time at which it was recorded on the Transactional log will govern the settlement.

Palpable Errors
When an incorrect price is taken due to a palpable error i.e. a technical problem or price entry error, then the bet will be settled at the correct price available at the time the bet was struck, as verified by SIS for live racing, or Super Soccer Limited prices for other early price races and other events. If there is no correct SIS or Super Soccer Limited market available at the time the bet is struck, the selection will be deemed void and stakes returned.

Settlement of Bets
Bets are settled according to the displayed odds/prices at the time the bet is confirmed. For Horse and Greyhound racing only, if prices/odds are not offered or requested, bets are settled at Starting Price returns. Bets are settled to Win unless "Each Way" is selected. An Each Way bet is a bet of twice the selected unit stake. It contains one bet of unit stake on the selection to win, and one bet of unit stake on the selection to "place" according to the terms advertised for the event.
Example:
£10 Each Way - Tiger Woods to win US Masters Win Odds: 9.00 (or 8/1 in fractional odds), Place Terms ¼ of the fractional odds a place 1,2,3,4.
If Tiger Wins, both Win and Place bets are winners: £10 at 9.00 = £90, plus £10 at 3.00 (¼ of 8/1) = £30, Total Returns £120.
For other events on which each way bets are accepted, settlement will be based on the odds and place terms applicable when the bet is taken. These terms are shown on the website. For the purpose of calculation, Each Way Doubles, Trebles etc. are settled as two distinct bets i.e. win on to win and place on to place. n a DEAD HEAT the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. Where a selection is made void or does not run, then in Single bets the stake will be returned. In accumulative bets the stake will run on to the remaining selection(s) with a Double becoming a Single, a Treble becoming a Double and so on.
Related Contingencies
Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If taken in error the stakes will be equally divided where they clash. Example: £10 Double, Henman to win by 3 sets to 1 and to win the match outright is settled as 2 x £5 Singles However, where the related parts of the bet are resolved at different times the bet will be settled as instructed, with the price for the second or subsequent legs being determined at each individual stage.
Example:
£10 Double, Henman to win Semi-Final @ 3.50 with Henman to win the tournament outright @ 3.00, is settled as a £10 Double, Henman to win Semi-Final @ 3.50 with the price for Henman to win outright being the odds on offer after winning the Semi-Final. In the event of Henman losing either the Semi-Final or Final, the bet is lost.
Related Markets
Multiple bets placed on related markets, whether sport or other (i.e. Man Utd to win League Cup, F.A Cup and Premiership as a treble or one horse to win two races or R. Nadal to win first round match and the tournament outright) have special prices (available on application). Any such bets placed at the individual odds will have stakes split and be settled as singles.
Rigging
Where there is evidence of Price, Race, Match or Event rigging, we reserve the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

Claims and Disputes
No claims or disputes will be considered more than 12 weeks after the date of the original transaction. In the first instance, all claims / disputes should be raised with our Customer Service Department at administration@supersoccer.co.uk.
In the event of our Customer Relations representatives being unable to resolve your dispute, it may be submitted to a mutually acceptable recognised body for arbitration and their decision will be final so long as the full facts are presented by all of the parties concerned. A difference of opinion regarding any bet, or the terms on which a bet should be settled, shall not be the subject of litigation, court action or objection to a Bookmaker's License or Permit unless the dispute has been adjudicated upon by an arbitrator in accordance with these Rules and the decision of the arbitrator has not been implemented by the relevant party.

Ante Post Betting (Future Bets)
Ante Post prices are those offered on: Horse Racing prior to the overnight declaration stage (usually 10.00am on the day before the race). Greyhound events up to and including the Semi-Final stage. Any bets placed after the Semi-Finals or on a single race event will be settled on an Early Bird 'non-runner - no bet' basis. Any other events (except on the result of a match), regardless of the day that the bet is placed.
Ante Post bets are accepted all in, run or not, entered or not. With the exception of outright bets on golf tournaments, stakes are lost on an Ante Post bet if a selection does not take part. No Tattersalls' Rule 4 deductions are made from winning bets (except in the circumstances of (d) (iv). (See Rules for individual sports for further details of non-racing events). All Each-Way Doubles, Trebles etc. are settled win to win, place to place.
If a race is postponed to another day:
Ante Post bets placed before the entries have closed will stand and will only be made void if:-
- The race is abandoned or made void.
- A horse is balloted out under Jockey Club Rules of Racing.
- The venue is altered.
Ante Post bets placed after the entries have closed will be void, except when:-
- The race is run at a later date at the same venue.
- The entries are not re-opened.
- The running surface is not altered (e.g. Turf to Dirt/ All Weather or vice versa).
Ante Post bets are settled at the price and place terms applicable at the time of acceptance. Should a wrong price or place terms be given in error we reserve the right to settle the bet at the correct price/place terms that were available at the time the bet was struck. Place only bets, conditional bets and forecast betting are not accepted at Ante Post odds. If taken in error, Place only and Forecast bets will be void, the conditional part of any Ante Post bet will be disregarded. Where the same selection is backed to win two or more Ante Post events in an accumulative bet a special combined price will apply irrespective of any individual odds quoted. Where no special combined price is available e.g. a horse to win a Derby trial and the Derby, settlement will be based on the first available odds after each leg has been completed.

Acceptance
Bets are accepted only on matches where Super Soccer Limited offers prices and all winning bets will be settled at accumulative odds based on the individual prices shown on our website coupons. In the event of a bet being accepted that contains a match for which no quotation has been made, that match will be treated as a 'non-runner' and the remaining selections will be settled subject to fulfilling the requirements of Rule 2. below. All odds are subject to fluctuation and amendment and are based on the result at full-time.
The terms 'full-time', '90 minutes play' and 'normal time' are all used to denote the period of play which includes time added by match officials for stoppages, but not scheduled extra time, penalty shoot-outs etc. Settlement will be at the price prevailing at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. Dates and kick-off times of matches shown on our coupon are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes a match after its actual kick-off time, the match will be treated as a 'non-runner' and the remaining selections will be settled irrespective of the minimums detailed in Rule 2.
Selections for match betting are indicated by the following convention: symbol '1' to indicate a win for the team shown on the left (home team), 'X' for a draw and '2' to indicate a win for the team shown on the right (away team). In the event of a match being played on a neutral ground the team shown on the left will be regarded as the home side, and the team shown on the right as the away side. We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet. No postal, telex or fax wagers are accepted.

Football
General
All bets are accepted up to kick off time. If a bet is placed after the kick off time of any match those forecasts will be void and the bet will stand on the remaining matches. Ninety minutes playing time will decide the result of all matches. Extra time does not count.

Correct scores are accepted in singles, doubles, trebles and accumulators. Correct score odds will be paid from the Super Soccer Limited Correct Score Chart except when special Correct Score Prices are advertised on a poster, coupon, written notice, text screen or by way of a press advertisement.
Half-Time Full-Time / Double Result Bets
Double Result bets are available on most matches on request. Singles and upwards are accepted. Clients must select both the result at half-time (45 mins.), and at full-time (90 mins.). Selections are void if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes playing time has elapsed.
Goalscorer Bets
Extra time does not count. Should a match be abandoned before 90 minutes playing time has elapsed First Goalscorer bets will stand provided a goal has been scored. Last Goalscorer bets void.
First Goalscorer: Players taking no part or coming on after the first goal has been scored, stakes returned.
Last Goalscorer: A player who plays in any part of the official 90 minutes is deemed a ‘runner’ for last goalscorer purposes. Stakes returned on selections who take no part.
Each-Way Goalscorer: Players taking no part or coming on after the first goal has been scored, stakes returned. The place part of the bet will be settled at one third of the odds on all goals scored in the game. If a match finishes goalless, both parts of the bet will be deemed losers. If a player scores two or more goals in a match, only the first goal scored counts for betting purposes. Place only bets are not permitted, and if accepted in error, the bet will be settled as ‘each way’ with the stake divided.
To Score At Anytime: A player who plays in any part of the official 90 minutes is deemed a ‘runner’ for score at anytime purposes. Stakes returned on selections who take no part.
All First and Last goalscorer betting will be settled according to the official result passed by the Press Association immediately after the match. Any subsequent amendment to P.A. records will be disregarded for betting purposes
Scorecast
In cases where the selected ‘First Player to Score’ does not play, or comes on after the first goal has been scored, bets are settled as singles on the correct score. If a match is abandoned after a goal has been scored all bets will be settled as singles on the First Player to Score. For First Goalscorer purposes own goals do not count. The forecast is settled on the next goalscorer and the correct score. ‘No Goalscorer’ and 0-0 forecasts are not permitted; bets are settled on the correct score. If the only goal/s of the game is an own goal/s, scorecasts will be settled as a correct score single.
Mythcial Matches
Each team is matched against a mythical opponent. The team scoring the most goals will be the winner of the match, regardless of whether they win or lose. If both teams score the same number of goals the match will be a draw. Correct scores are not allowed. If either team in the mythical match does not play due to postponement the mythical match will be declared void. If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes the mythical match will be declared void, unless the team in the abandoned match has scored more than their opponent.
Abandoned and Void
If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes playing time has elapsed that match will be void and wagers will stand on the remaining selections in the bet. Bets originally containing the correct number of selections but including void or postponed matches will stand on the remaining selections in the bet. Should a team play a different opposition to that on the coupon, or should the venue be reversed, or should a match be changed from a home venue to a neutral one, forecasts for that match will be declared void, unless the match is a FIFA/UEFA governed event (e.g. International match, UEFA cup, Champions league) when forecasts for that match will stand so long as it is played in the same country of origin.
Settlement of Winners
Bets are settled at accumulative odds, palpable errors excepted, at the prices displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Odds are subject to fluctuation.

Bets placed after the semi-final stage will be classified as match bets, and in the event of the match starting, but not being completed, will be declared void.
In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place all bets will stand.
- A change of playing surface.
- A change of venue.
- A change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa.
- Any bets accepted after a match has started will be deemed void, win or lose.

If one player is disqualified, either prior to the completion of two rounds or after both players have made the cut, the other player is deemed the winner.
If a player is disqualified during either the 3rd or 4th rounds, when his opponent has already missed the cut, the disqualified player is deemed the winner. A price will be offered for the tie and in the event of a tie bets on either player to win will be lost. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. E.g. a £30.00 each way bet @ 10/1 on a player who shares third place with two other players. As there are now three players sharing the same placing this reduces your bet to a £10.00 each way bet at the same odds of 10/1. Your remaining stake would be lost.

- Totals/runlines after 9 innings (8.5 if home team is winning
- If a game goes 9 or more innings and is not completed bets on the totals/runline stand.
Side Betting
If a game is "called", or suspended, winners and losers for betting are official after at least 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 41/2 innings. If a game is "called", or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.) Stakes will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended.
Total & Runline Betting
When betting on total runs (over/under) or run lines, the game must go to 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) to have action. All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time, all bets are deemed No Action. We reserve the right to suspend any or all betting on a game at any time without notice. (This may happen for example if a key player is not in the starting line-up for any reason).

Horse Racing Rules
Tattersalls' Rules Bets on horseracing are governed by 'Tattersalls' Rules of Betting', and form the basis of these rules. Tattersalls' Rules or an official announcement of Tattersalls' Committee will govern the settlement of bets should a situation arise not covered by these rules.
Ante-Post
Ante Post prices are those offered on horse racing prior to the overnight declaration stage (usually 10.00am on the day before the race). Unless otherwise stated at the time of acceptance, ante-post bets are accepted on the basis of 'all-in run or not' and 'all-in enter or not'. Selections not taking part in the race/event concerned count as losers. Bets placed after the overnight declaration stage on selections which do not take part will be void and stakes will be returned.
If a race is postponed to another day and overnight declarations stand, then Ante Post bets stand. However, Single Ante Post bets on horse racing will be made void and any selection involved in accumulative bets will be treated as a non-runner if:
- The race is abandoned.
- The race is officially declared void.
- The conditions of the race are altered after bets are made (as defined under Tattersalls' Rules).
- A horse is balloted out under Jockey Club Rules of Racing.
- The venue is altered.
- The running surface is altered (e.g. Turf to Dirt / All Weather or vice versa)

Should a horse be withdrawn and a new market formed, then any bets laid at 'Show' prices prior to the new show will be subject to the above deductions. In the event of a further withdrawal after the market has been re-formed, bets placed at 'Show' prices in the original market will be subject to a further deduction based on the price of the withdrawn horse in the original market. Bets placed in the new market will be subject to a deduction based on the current price.
Morning Prices
In the event of a non-runner stake monies will be returned on same and Tattersalls Rule 4(c) will apply to all remaining horses. Should the with drawn horse be shorter than 14/1 then no Rule 4 will apply. Where the total deduction is 40p or more all "Morning Price" bets in the race concerned will be settled at S.P. odds.
Place Terms
Place only bets are not accepted. Re-Runs In the event of a false start etc. resulting in a race being re-run, 'Under Starters Orders' is negated and stakes will be refunded on horses taking no part in the re-run, with returns on the remaining runners subject to Tattersalls' Rule 4(c). The number of runners taking part in the re-run governs Place terms. Walk-Overs and Void Horse Races.
Walkovers and void races count as races but any horse so involved will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes. Favourites Bets for the un-named favourite in horse races are accepted as win only. Where two or more runners are returned at the same shortest odds i.e. joint or co-favourites, stakes will be divided and invested equally on each runner. Should the favourite be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders but too late for a new market to be formed, bets involving the favourite are void.
Forecast Betting (First and Second) Forecasts are accepted on horse racing for named selections as a Computer Straight Forecast (CSF) (correct order) in races of 3 or more runners. The CSF is a computer-generated dividend based on the Starting Prices of all runners in a race. The CSF dividend is declared to a £1 stake. Should a Starting Price not be returned, forecast bets will be void, win or lose, and stakes refunded.
In races where a horse finishes alone, all Forecast bets nominating that horse to finish first will be settled as a Win single at Starting Price on the winning horse. All other Forecast bets in the race are lost. Should a non-runner be selected in a Forecast bet, the bet will be settled as a Win Single on the remaining selection. In reversed or combination Forecasts, each Forecast is treated separately. In the event of two or more horses "dead heating" for first or second place, separate dividends will be declared and paid to each qualifying forecast.
Forecast doubles and trebles are accepted, but accumulators are not accepted on horseracing. Tricast Betting (First, Second and Third) Tricast bets require the selection of the first, second and third in correct order. The Tricast dividend is a computer-generated dividend based on the Starting Prices of all runners in a race. The Tricast dividend is declared to a £1 unit stake. Tricast betting is generally offered in handicap races of 6 or more runners, where full race by race results are announced by SIS and from time to time, in certain other races providing the result and return are announced by SIS.
Where the actual runners fall below 6, or a Tricast is not declared, the bet will be settled as a Computer Straight Forecast on the first two selections in the order as given, with the third selection disregarded. A Tricast containing a non-runner will be settled as a Computer Straight Forecast on the remaining selections in the order as given and in the case of two non-runners will be settled as a win single at Starting Price on the remaining selection.
In the event of two or more horses "dead heating" for first, second or third place, separate dividends will be declared and paid to each qualifying Tricast.
Tricast doubles, etc are not accepted.
